The NIH Common Fund programs generate diverse datasets from a variety of projects ranging from genomics to phenotypes. The Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) aims to facilitate improved discovery, reuse, integration, and analyses of these datasets to form novel hypothesis for accelerating discoveries in biomedical research.

LINCS Summer Traniees Virtual Symposium 2024

A virtual symposium hosted by the Ma’ayan Lab and the Mount Sinai Center for Bioinformatics will feature the accomplishments made by 10 summer trainees during a 10-week research-intensive full-time training program. The projects cover topics such as data integration, data visualization, LLM integration, and Knowledge Graphs in the field of biomedical data science and bioinformatics, leveraging the power of AI and other computational tools and methods.
