The NIH Common Fund programs generate diverse datasets from a variety of projects ranging from genomics to phenotypes. The Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) aims to facilitate improved discovery, reuse, integration, and analyses of these datasets to form novel hypothesis for accelerating discoveries in biomedical research.

Playbook Workflow Builder Virtual Workshop 2024

The Playbook Workflow Builder (PWB) is a web-based platform that facilitates the interactive construction of workflows by enabling users. The workflows can be constructed from contributed building blocks without technical expertise. The workshop will demonstrate how to use the platform via interactive sessions, as well as, introduce ways the community can contribute to the project.
